Skirt: Charlotte Russe, tailored smaller
Shoes: Shoe Pavilion
I hadn’t worn this skirt in a couple years, ever since I realized that it was too big. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve gotten a little smaller since I first bought it years ago before I lost some of the college weight or if it was always a bit too large — I’m thinking a mix of both. It sat in my sewing room bin for many months until I finally remembered that I had already hemmed it shorter in a prior moment of productivity and all I needed to do was bring in a side seam.
